It may be hard to have a household where one person eats a vegan or vegetarian diet and the other person or persons eat the Standard American Diet (SAD). The magic word is compromise to solve this dilemma between each other. It can be done, it may take a little work but whoever cooks will have to make two different meals or maybe they will start to have the non-vegan member(s) try and even like some the delicious low-fat plant-based meals, such as spinach lasagna.
