As a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (NTP), my goal is to educate you on the healing power of food and to provide you with the support and resources you need throughout the process.
Working together, we will map out a plan that works for you with a step-by-step approach. As you take each step, you will become healthier, and you will be on your way to transforming into your best, healthiest self!

Each of my clients is unique and so are their paths to good health. Whether you’re addressing a specific issue like high cholesterol, diabetes, weight loss or if you simply want to prevent chronic disease, I’ll review your health and nutrition goals carefully and use them to create a custom program that works for you.
Throughout the program, I’ll work closely with you to:
- Review your health history, including any health goals you may have set for yourself.
- Review your current diet and Diet Analysis results (if applicable)
- Explain the benefits of a plant-based diet specific to your health goal(s)
- Create a customized plan that fits within your lifestyle
- Discuss the results you can expect during and after the program
- Monitor and evaluate your progress against any measurable goals
- Adjust your plan as needed, to address any concerns or challenges you may be facing
- Discuss steps to help you maintain your new health and move forward with confidence!
Tools to make the process easier.
As we work through the program together, I’ll share helpful tips on how to prepare as we get started. You’ll also be provided with a cookbook containing over 90 whole food, plant-based recipes and a customized notebook that includes information on:
- Plant-based principles and guidelines
- Basic nutrition principles, including information on the nutrients found in plant foods and your body’s metabolism
- How to prepare for success with your new nutrition program
- Recommendations for eating out
- Cookbook with 90+ low-fat and oil-fee recipes
- Grocery shopping list for plant-based recipes
- Helpful food staples to stock up on for our plant-based program
- How to read food labels
- Meal planning, with recipes and cooking tips
- Resources and tools to continue your healthy, stronger journey. Ongoing support will be offered through emails, texts, phone, or video meetings.

Post Program Maintenance, Coaching and À La Carte Services
Sometimes, results can be accomplished in as little as 2-3 sessions, but it can also take a little longer. If further support/accountability is needed, I offer post-program maintenance and coaching. I’ll assist you through the transition in any way that I can.
Additional program services include:
- 1-Hour nutrition consultation ($85)
- Diet Analysis ($125)
- Grocery shopping tour and food label reading ($75)
- In-home cooking class where we prepare meals in-home or with a group. ($150 – $250)
- Public health seminars and/or workshops to help you achieve your goals.

For those who cannot afford full-rate services, sliding-scale pricing is available based on income. Monthly payment plans are also available upon request.
