Nutrition Education Series
We are proud to announce a series of plant-based nutrition education classes for those who want to learn more about plant-based nutrition and support, chronic diseases and the role nutrition plays, and much more topics in this series.
Join Jerry Casados a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (specializing in plant-based nutrition) and Plant Based Chef Kelley Williamson in exploring how a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes can enhance your health and support your overall wellness goals. Learn how to gain control of your health by choosing food that will have the greatest effects on determining the health, quality and length of our lives.
With generous support from our Douglas and Arapahoe County Libraries, Jerry and Kelley are delighted to bring valuable, life-saving nutrition information to the community.
